Simon and his Operations Manager, Tony, know that all the staff have played a large part in the company’s success and are the first to acknowledge they would not have achieved such significant results without the staff’s dedication and loyalty.

We have a good relationship with our workforce, which come from all over the EU, and all staff have the opportunity to earn good wages and are eligible for holiday pay.

Both temporary and permanent staff are recruited. With a demographic mix of skilled and a high proportion of manual workers, M.A.C. Limited actively profiles all these individuals, matching skills in the workplace to clients needs.

All our staff are constantly monitored on-site for quality of delivery by Simon, Tony and the supervisors and receive full Health & Safety training and information.
